The following ingredients are used in this food.
Materials : 1 chicken (800g), 3 potatoes (small size), 1 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1 green onion, 1 green pepper, 3 cups water
Seasoning ingredients : 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, little bit of pepper

The following is a recipe for this food.
Wash chicken in appropriate size clean, then blanch slightly in boiling water and remove impurities by cold water.
Cut the potatoes, carrots, and onions into big pieces and cut the green onions and green pepper diagonally. Mix the seasoning ingredients in the bowl.
Put boiled chicken, water, potatoes, carrots, and seasoning ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat for about 30 minutes. (Adjust the cooking time according to potato size.)
When the chicken is cooked softly, reduce to medium heat and boil the onions for about 5 minutes. Add green onions and green pepper to boil for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Adjust the seasoning at the end of the day with a little salt, and enjoy it when it’s warm.
