The food in this clip is called banana cream pie.
It is not really food, but it is literally a banana and cream pie.
Banana and custard cream are combined to taste like banana and milk.
It must be delicious because it is a combination of sweet bananas, chocolate, and dairy cream.
Those three things are delicious when you put them on a pie and eat them at once.
Let’s try making it pretty by doing a variety of different ways.
It will make you feel better by looking good with your eyes and tasting it sweet.
Also, it goes well with coffee, finishes the meal, and is perfect for a light dessert.
Then, introduce material.
Pie crust: 250g digestive biscuits, 100g melted butter
2 bananas, 3 egg yolks, 80g sugar, 1tsp vanilla extract, 20g butter, 20g corn starch, 500ml milk
topping: whipped cream(300ml heavy cream, 30g sugar), chocolate
The following is a recipe for food.
Blend digestive biscuits and melted butter in a food processor.
Pour (1) biscuit mixture into pie dish and press it using the back of a spoon.
Bake for 10min in the preheated oven at 180℃ (350℉) and cool completely.
If you don’t have an oven, just chill it in the refrigerator to firm up. It doesn’t matter.
Coat the pie crust with melted chocolate thinly to help it stay in shape and make it sturdier.
In a small bowl, mix egg yolk, sugar and corn starch. Then add warm milk and mix well.
Pour the (4) egg milk mixture into a milk pan, simmer while stirring until thickened or creamy.
Remove from the heat, add and mix butter and vanilla extract and cool until lukewarm, stirring occasionally.
Place the halved bananas on the pie crust and pour the (6)cream.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 2~3 hours until cool and firm.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate. done!
