1 hard roll bread, spaghetti for less than 1 portion , 2 cloves of garlic, 4~5 shrimp
1/4 onion, 1 baby broccoli, salt and pepper to taste, olive oil
100ml milk, 200ml heavy cream, 2 slice of cheddar cheese, mozzarella(*optional), parsley
The recipe for this dish are as follows.
Cook spaghetti in boiling salt(1/2Tbs) water for 7 min.
Coat the pan with olive oil, add sliced garlic and fry, not burning it.
Add and fry onion, broccoli and shrimp. And then, pour heavy cream, milk and slice cheese and keep simmering.
Add and mix cooked spaghetti and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the hard roll bread with cream pasta and sprinkle with mozzarella and parsley.
Bake in preheated oven at 200℃ for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
